This diet is based off a book,  “called eat right for your blood type”  and basically the premise of this diet is that depending on your blood type,

Whether you're a be 0 or a be there are specific foods that you should eat that work best with your system,  for instance if you're a blood type O you should have more meats in your diet, because O blood types our cultivators on their bodies process meet much more effectively.

If you're a type A you should have more vegetables,  and less meat because for its blood type a your body processes vegetables.

And blood type B is one of the only blood types that can actually really handle a lot of dairy products, that may be something .

And then A and B is a company A blood type A B is a combination of food choices for blood type A and food choices for blood type B.

The only thing that of concern with this type of diet is,  I asked must ask yourself if you're a vegetarian,  and your blood type O what are you supposed to do because,  you don't eat a lot of meat products.
