Now I'm going to talk
to you about how to trim your inner thighs.
It is really widely held that you can't really target
specific body parts and just reduce fat in very specific areas. The easiest way
to reduce inches or body fat is to reduce it in your entire body at the same time
by practicing good healthy eating and including physical activity.
Now having said that there are some exercises that you can
do that will help strengthen the muscles in a particular area so when you do
strengthen your muscles in that particular area it does help as you are reducing
fat in your diet or fat overall in your body where you have that nice muscle
base under there, that will allow some reduction in inches.
So as far as your inner thighs you do want to do some exercises
for example inner outer thigh lift. You can do these with or without weights.
If you are at home you are basically laying on your side, having your legs
extended doing leg lifts.
If you wanted to add weights you could add ankle weights. In
the gym they have machines, the inner outer thigh machines is what they are
referred to at some gyms, other gyms will refer to them as abductor and
adductor machines.
They work both again the inner and the outer thighs so it is
a good idea to do both of those. As far as your eating is concerned you do want
to make sure that you are following a healthy balanced diet and that means that
you are eating at least three meals daily.
You are including fruits, including vegetables, whole
grains, lean sources of protein every day. So whole grains would include things
like whole grain bread, brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, those are all
really good choices for whole grains.
The leans proteins can be any type of lean meat, chicken,
fish, any type of seafood, other types of protein would be things like beans,
any kind of legume, nuts and seeds would be some of your healthier fats to
include and then for your fruits and your vegetables as many whole fresh fruits
and vegetables as you can get in the better.
That healthy balanced diet in addition to your overall exercise
will really help to trim your inner thighs. Another thing to keep in mind is
other exercises, we talked a little bit about thigh specific exercise but you
also want to include some overall exercise, some cardiovascular exercises such
as walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming, any of those types of things that
actually get your blood pumping will help with actual calorie usage so
decreasing your overall weight.
So those are just a few tips to keep in mind for reducing
your inner thighs.
